This month, we’re delighted to welcome Massimo from Orgie. Orgie offer a wonderful range of exotic personal lubricant, moisturizers and stimulation products derived from Rain-forest extracts.

1. Would you like to introduce yourself and the company you work for? About myself I am originally from Italy and I worked as export manager since more than 10 years for different international companies mostly in the sport and in the fashion business. I decided to join the Orgie’s project because I have the chance to build up a new brand in such a difficult market. And honestly something fashion can be found in the Orgie collection too. I met Marcello (the CEO of Orgie) and his partner end of December 2016. We spent more than two weeks around Europe to understand together, how their 16+ years background and experience in the erotic business could be successful in Europe too. We visited some important European companies to understand how good (or bad) our products are. We realized that we could create something different from all the other brands. We could offer a Brazilian experience to all European like me and you. The following 9 months till the eroFame in October 2017 we dedicated our time to every single detail of the first Orgie batch of products. I do not know how many hours we sat just to talk about the name of the brand and the packaging of each single product.
2. What is your role within the company and how long have you worked there? I am the direct contact for each client outside Portugal and Spain. In these two countries we do work with an exclusive distributor. From the first phone call or the first visit to each single order to our HQ in Portugal I am always the face of Orgie (I hope a nice one!!!) for the client. As well as I plan the presence of Orgie collection at different local and international fairs and events and I organize the visit of our trainers to our clients. I live in the wonderful city of Berlin but my office is my computer and I am almost every week somewhere in Europe. Together with our sales team we cover all Europe from France till Ukraine and from Greece till Norway. At the moment we are proud to be in more than 30 countries around the world. I am with Orgie since the birth October 2017.
3. Are you more Buzz or Pinky? (open to interpretation!!) I am most of the time Buzz but I like the pinky part of my life.
4. What do you enjoy most about your working day?  I still believe in the marketing 1.0.1 I need to meet each client (distributor) personally, because I wish to understand, what he/she expects from our Orgie collection and how we as a company and with our know-how can support his/her business. I am always with an open ear, if the client has marketing ideas or suggestion how to promote and to sell better our products. At the end of the day, we as Orgie need partners that believe in our brand like we do. This is the reason why I never call them clients but partners. We need their ideas and their know-how in order to be update and to be able to understand the European market.
5. Do you have a favorite brand or product you sell, and if so, Why?Each Orgie product has something special and we want to be sure that everyone outside can discover it. We do not want to be one of the many brands, our training team should be originally from Brazil so that they can exactly explain and transport what a “Brazilian experience ” is. My favorite product is the Orgasm drops Kissable. Why? One side gets incredible warm sensation and the other side has fun to kiss.
6. What do you think Orgie does better than most? I believe we have a passion that cannot be easily copied. We focus on attention to detail in everything we offer. The finest formulations, beautiful packaging, and world class client support for our customers.

8. Greatest personal achievement? I can speak 5 foreign languages and I have two kids, who are healthy and love me as I love them.
